"I was going through what felt like never-ending chaos. For a moment, I felt defeated. But deep within, a voice kept reminding me: It’s your birthright to be happy. It’s your birthright to be free.
I refused to let the distractions pull me into a negative reaction. I stayed the course. Because here’s the truth: just because it rains doesn’t mean you cancel your day—you simply grab an umbrella and keep moving.
Distractions will come. Life will throw storms your way. But you must hold steady, stay focused and keep walking toward your peace."

I am Tracy D. Harrison, a survivor, a coach and the author of Finding Resiliency in the Midst of Trauma.
For years, my life was shaped by experiences that could have broken me. Instead, they became the foundation of my calling. I know firsthand the weight of trauma, the silence it creates and the strength it takes to rise again. My journey has not been easy — but it has been transformative.
Through my own healing, I discovered that resilience is not just about “bouncing back.” It’s about rebuilding, redefining and reclaiming who we are. That discovery is what drives my work today: guiding others to see their own strength and step boldly into a life beyond survival.
As the founder of KYHOM (Keep Your Hands Off Me, Inc.), I have walked alongside survivors in moments of deep pain and powerful breakthrough. Our community-centered work has shown me that healing is not a solitary journey — it is strengthened in connection, compassion and courage.
Coaching is my next step in service: a personal way to walk with individuals and groups as they navigate their own paths from surviving to thriving.
When you work with me, you’ll experience a blend of:
I believe no story is too heavy, no wound too deep and no person too broken to rise.
You already carry within you the resilience you need.
My role is to help you uncover it, nurture it and live it fully.
Together, we can transform pain into purpose and survival into strength.
If you are ready to take the next step in your journey, I would be honored to walk with you.
